   65 Ton Link-Belt Truck Crane, Model# HC-138  Year 1978, Carrier engine is a turbo-charged Cummins M#NTCC-290 with a 10 speed Road-Ranger transmission and deep reduction gear box behind it.  Crane (upper) engine is a Cummins N-855-P190,   comes with 110′ of main boom and 40′ jib, block & ball.  as pictures and videos show, crane is in very good working condition & fully operational,  The shipping weight of 98,000 lbs.is an estimate with the base(heel) section of boom only in it, the mast/gantry the 18,000 lb. crane counterweight installed and  4,300 lb. front bumper counterweight installed.  The boom can be double stacked inside a 40′ high cube container with jib next to it. Crane has 2 winches with power lowering and twin disc torque converter.  All the tires(14:00 x 20), cables and glass are in very good condition. There are custom sheet metal covers for the glass when on job site.  Note: Sheet metal in carrier cab needs work, floor is rusted out, rest of metal is good. Hour meter reads 7,278 and carrier miles read 1,847 . I have no way to confirm actual total miles and hours but I do know the history of crane and it is a low hour crane with NO duty cycle work and it shows, it’s tight! I have all the books & manuals too!

  The main boom consists of 40’ (Head & Heel), two 30’ inserts & one 10’ insert being equipped to fold the boom for transport. Complete 40’ jib, 20’ Head & Heel with two 10’ inserts and mast.  The crane measures 11’ wide x 31’6” long x 11’3” tall not to include any boom which may hang over. If the Heel section is left in crane then the length will be 34’ long as an estimate.
